All prices are per person and night Prices in Euro (excl. local tax).

Arrival between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. Departure between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Payment methods: cash, credit card or bank transfer

Room price includes:

• W-LAN free of charge in the whole house
  

• In winter we are happy to provide you with a toboggan or a bobsleigh free of charge.
  

• We have a ski room where you can also dry your boots.
  

• Free parking in front of the house
  

• On request we can put a crib (for small children) in your room.
  

• We have a baby changing mat.
  

• You will find a safe in your room.
  

• We are happy to provide you with a hot water bottle to keep you extra cozy on cold winter days.
  In the afternoon you can enjoy coffee, tea and cake free of charge.
  

Also:

• Optimal medical care. Your hosts are trained first aiders.
  

• The ski bus runs every ten minutes, the bus stop is next to our house.
  

• We take allergy sufferers into consideration; please let us know when booking.
  

• We are happy to help you with your luggage. We do not have a lift in the house.
  

• For families: new playground at the sports park (200 m away).

If you want to take your pet with you on holiday, please let us know when making your reservation.

We speak English, French and German.

CANCELLATION:

Conditions in case of cancellation change depend on the room category. Please contact us for further information.

We charge the following CANCELLATION FEES in the event of cancellation: 

• Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee

• 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the booking amount

• 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the booking amount

• in the last week or no-show: 90% of the booking amount

• Processing fees (handling fee) can be charged up to the amount of € 100.

These conditions correspond to those of the Austrian Hoteliers’ Association (ÖHV).
