Lech am Arlberg is located in the Alps. In winter it is therefore essential to use winter tyres and carry snow chains in the boot.
If you’re coming from Innsbruck or Bregenz, you can reach Lech via the Arlberg Pass and Flexenstrasse. In summer the access roads in the Lech valley and Bregenz Forest (Hochtannberg Pass) are also open.
Pension Widderstein is easy to find:
Coming from Zürs, drive through the centre of Lech and past the church and the Anger underground car park. As soon as you have crossed the bridge over the Lech brook, you’re almost there. Only a few metres further on, a turn-off on the right side leads to our guesthouse at number 355.

EC and IC trains stop in Langen am Arlberg. Buses and taxis will take you to Lech in twenty minutes.

If you arrive by plane (Zurich or Munich), you can book an airport shuttle bus here.
